I'm saving up for disc brakes and earlies for my '57 rag. There are only so many choices available for wide 5's. You could always go with the new Speedmaster wheels. They just came out this year and aren't "played out" yet...

there are lots of non-common options for wide fives if youre willing to take the time and $ to find something you like.
theres alot of rarities out there
