I'm going to be making some stainless 55-64 safari disengager shafts (based off NOS 55-64) & can make some barndoor ones if anybody needs. Not sure on cost yet. PM me if interested.

Can read a little more here if interested: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?p=7151005#7151005

The metal clips that hold the brake pipes in place underneath. Some very kind Gent sent me some years ago for the 52 and I had enough left to do the Kempes but that is the last one and they are toast on the Kohlruss. Not hard to make but would rather buy some if someone is making them to save me some time fiddling about Smile

Does anybody reproduce faithful BD/Brezel correct hubcap mounting clips and rivets for 3.50 16" wheels or anybody has NOS? they are different from later era clips, taller and the shape of where the rivets go is different too. should be stamped a 'D' letter.

We, from Gentlemen Drivers Parts, are the European distributor and sell the exact replica of the famous 'Barndoor' keyed steering wheel from 29A.
It includes the hornbutton. This wheel will fit late '52 through '67 buses. Available in Gloss black, Ivory and Silver-Beige (light grey).

More information and pictures can be found on our website www.GentlemenDriversParts.com

Are these metal sheathed horn wires appropriate for Barndoor buses?

Great! Yes, the ones on my old '54 and my current '55 are both metal-sheathed.

Some years ago I got a sample of the brown seat covering material by Duncan. It was really nice quality. So I asked him lately for more of this, but he is not answering anymore. Anyone could help out with a source for this material ? Thanks for help.
