Browsing for thing pictures, I came across this.
I know it is more early VW generic, but it is thing specific to me!
I think that early VW did not have coils inside the spring tubes but I could be wrong.

Very cool! I love the comic book-style cutaway illustration. As the war was still going on when this was written, I'll forgive the author for insinuating that the Jeep was a superior machine!
