I adjusted the spring plate on my 68 convertible and both rear tires are wearing in the inside. The spring plates were adjusted just to get the rear back to stock height. The way the tires are wearing it looks like the rear wheels are toed in a little. Is there a procedure to align the rear axles to square them up?

Let me try to ask this question in a different way. When folks build a pan up from scratch how do you align the rear axles to make sure they are square and the rear tires track correctly?
