A++++++++++ yet again, bought a tank screen, nut and brass pipe, valve cover bales and gaskets with a cool looking vw johnny lightning car for under 35 bucks. I want to give a personal shout out thought to Rod for helping me there and the other guy there who was the only one brave enough to eat my wasabi doritos (sorry his name escapes me). I was a walk in customer of course but the girls up front and the guys treated me like royality in their shop, answering all my questions and just BSing with me on my car. Will continue to do business with them forever

 I received a faulty turn signal switch and they sent out another one no questions asked. I have not installed it yet,so I cannot comment on the functionality of this second switch,however I can say that is excellent customer service in this age of crappy service as the norm.
Good company I will order again! |

I've ordered from airhead numerous times and have always been happy with what I've received.
My only complaint is that they ship Fed Ex but for some reason don't provide tracking #'s with their shipping confirmation emails. I sent an email to their sales/customer service address requesting a tracking # didn't get a reply. |

Another stellar transaction!
Placed my order for a pair of rear quarter pans late Friday afternoon and they were delivered by lunchtime on Tuesday! Less than 95 hours from CA to PA.
I dealt with Jason and he was very quick to answer emails and provide the Fedex tracking info.

Being a first time shopper with Airhead Parts I wasn’t sure what to expect, I ordered several sheet metal repair panels, they came in extremely well packed and are very high quality, I remember buying repair parts from R.M.M works years back that were half as heavy as these, and the floor board section is Made in the USA !!! I could not be happier and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Quick shout out for Airhead Parts. Turn signal lever from a few years ago has gone bad, and they're shipping out a replacement no questions asked.
Fast response to email makes a pleasant change too.
