just sat here and read your whole thread,,, cool, very very cool,,
exellent work and i think seeing how good the back end now looks you should just do the rest of the bus in exactly the same way where it just looks old and dull.
as for the slam job, i just love it.. Cool

I really wonder if the newest owner knows the history of this bus. I love it's latest reincarnation amazing what some wheels and paint can do. Great imagination. I allways seem to run to the stock and restored looks the best but I really like this just drive the thing idea. Anyone have any pics of the interior has it been left alone or has it gone through some changes.

As far as I know it is the same inside still.
Im not sure the Broker knew that it wasnt OG paint..... I remember seeing the ad and it wasnt mentioned at all.
But whatever, the guy I sold it to knew exactly where it started and what it took to get where it was.

I honestly still think the logos are too much, the only thing I do like is the fact that the place actually existed and therefore in theory the bus could have been made for this purpose.

Yep I was thinking of that bus yesterday on the ride home from carson. I was trying to see if I could have seen where it was when you found it by just driving and looking and I couldn't. Perfect storm the way u found it.

The logos are more of a problem than the repairs.
Mitch did a great job and used original metal for the repairs.

Roland seems like a pretty straight up guy I am sure he is not hiding anything from anyone. Plus due to the fact that I whored that bus out everywhere online, a lot of people know. Haha
But the repairs are not hack jobs so you can't even tell. That's why the guy I sold it to flipped it for a great profit without disclosing the info.
