I purchased several items from Clay. I went and picked the up
from his house as I am local. Ended up coming home with more
than I planned. Great seller. Highly recommend. _________________ Bill M

I bought a hatch lock with key from Clay. Everything as described. The hatch lock arrived within a few days and communication was excellent through out.

ditto on the above positive comments. Rec'd my door handle quickly and communication was as A+.
Clay is a fixture at most NE events. Very nice guy and enjoyed shooting the breeze with him on many occasions. Thanks Clay. _________________ www.dasvolks.com

Quite possibly the fastest shipper I've ever dealt with, packaged extremely well, and the best price I had found. Thanks Clay. _________________ '63 Bus (camper of unknown origin)

Sorry I am not going to work hard on getting rates and waste my time even more (already had 2 time wasters for this seat) for a whopping $25. |
first, i asked for a greyhound rate. was refused - said it was a pain.
fair, so i had to ask for another affordable rate. seller suggested uship, along with the above newsflash. helpless, and poor form. |

You forgot to mention I gave you the weight and size of the shipped box for the seat that is listed as a local pickup item. FedEx Ground would be $124.53. You sound like you wanted a cheaper price ("oh, how about another affordable option") so I did not get that for you. How would you like me to help you? |

Saw the "DBH" trailer, towed by a modern-looking van, with two familiar looking figures in the front seat, northbound on I-95 very early this morning (Saturday, 3/9, somewhere, around the NY/CT border), as we were also in traffic on that same road, same direction, same time. Hope you guys avoided that accident on our side around Stratford (looked like some early morning sun glare might've been at work); we sat there for a good bit...
Hope you had a good trip!

Yea 3 day trip to western PA and and the only traffic problem is in our wonderful state. The joy of all my old jobs I sorta remember that region so we back roaded a bit and missed most of the mess (got there before the FD made it). |

Glad you got thru w/o too much trouble, Clay!
We had a couple of canine passengers with us, who made their intentions known (that they wanted to get outside and do their thing), so we were delayed, just enough, it appears, to get into the massive delay behind the accident.
Glad to hear you guys made it home ok!
We are home now too, thankfully! _________________ Stock Steve

I bought an item for a friend from Clay here on the Samba. It was sent promptly and packaged very well. VERY well. I thought I did a good job packing VW parts, Clay takes it up another notch. Thanks again for the NOS regulator and thanks again for such an amazing packing job! |

Purchased a few items (including literature) that were packed (very well!) and sent overseas (to UK) - Clay and Mary are so helpful and kept me informed throughout. So good to deal with - many thanks both!
