135,145,or 145 65's up front and 195 65,205 60,205 65,205 70,or 215 65's for the rear. There are pics of these sizes in Readers Rides _________________ die schwarzen Schafe #666 |

For a lowrider, are you talkin' spokes and whitebands, or just slammed to the ground?
I'd say for a laid out bug your best bet is 145/65's in the front and like a 185 in the rear. That should get you down to earth.
The above post's sizes will work if you want some fatties in the rear. It's also common to run 135's in front and 145's in rear. _________________ 1959 Ragtop Beetle - sold

Sorry, didn`t say, that the wheels are for 1960 bus.
I was thinking of 205/60 for all four. I would prefer the front ones 145/50 but (request) from POLICE is all four the same!

There's no easier way to waste your Euros than tires that are TOO BIG! |

You want us to tell you that you can put big tires on a slammed bus w/no problems rubbing/turning etc. We don't have any way to know if what you wanna do will work? |

Klemen, I have 165/15s on my bus (61 panel). You may have some issues with the wheels fitting over the front drums tho.. |
