Grab Handle identification

Is this a VW Grab Handle?

If so what year/interior color/pattern does it apply to?

It has no manufacturer markings, only a small set of numbers under the lock nuts. i think normal grab handles are GHE.

I had an NOS GHE handle which had the pebbled pattern like that. mine was singletone off-white. it was in a GHE box with an EMPI stamp on it.

I would guess it is just an OEM aftermarket accessory.
