meh, we had an ECHL team here in the 90's, (They were he Bulls as well) then they were yanked from under us. ECHL is good hockey but the teams just dont last.

I do and I don't. My website sucks and the content is weak because the guy that had put it together couldn't follow simple directions.
I started uploading them to my Flickr account. You can see a few there.

x2!
I used to be a Black Hawks fan (still sort of am), but got fed up with the ownership in the 90's, so quit watching (couldn't watch the games on tv, that was the problem) and went to IHL Chicago Wolves games. Since then I moved to Raleigh NC, so I've become a Hurricanes fan. It's surprising how many fans there are here (even before they won the Cup). Pretty cool to see, but still nothing beats the National Anthem at a Black Hawks game!

Big time hockey fan here...

We go down to the Kohl center in Madison a few times a year to the WI Badgers play college hockey, and skip over to GB to watch the Gamblers play when we can....though the Gamblers suck @ss this season...

As for NHL... have liked many teams over the years... Started with the Blues, went to the Oilers, then Leafs, then gritted my teeth with the Dead things, caught some sun in Pheonix, and then took a break from hockey.... now I am enjoying the snow of Calgary....

Diehard Cujo fan... watched him as a rookie... and have followed his career ever since... Just want to see the man win the Cup... even if it is as a backup.... Very Happy

Loved his mask nicknamed "Trumpets" when he played with the Blues

I've always liked NHL more than any of the other "big" sports. Football, baseball and basketball are ok, but don't match the intensity of a good NHL game.
I used to be an Atlanta Flames fan (and even followed them a bit after they moved to Calgary) but I've been an Avalanche fan ever since they moved to Colorado back in '95.

The NHL has changed the game over the years, but I'm a big fan of Hockey. Don't have a favorite team, but I cheer for the Stars when I go to a game. My Son just started Mite Hockey. Its a blast to see the future players start out.

I am the same --big hockey fan.
Loved playing it --LOVE the speed of it.
Hope to play it some more but my knees are a little wrecked from college hockey.

I have great hopes for another team in the southern Ontario area--was really hopeful the Blackberry people were going to move the Penguins here to Kitchener coz lord knows the owners of the Leafs are only interested in making cash (no matter how bad the team is the rink is always and will always be packed) and not winning the cup. But despite that I'm still a Leafs fan Rolling Eyes Sad .

A co-worker came into work with pics of he and his family with the Stanley Cup--they were hugging it on their couch in their living room! They had a plumber come in to do some work and he asked if he could bring it in coz he didn't want it to be stollen out of his truck in the driveway.
Seems he was hired to do some soldering work on the cup--most likely one of the stunt cups they parade around but it was pretty cool just the same.
There are soooo many stories like that around that cup!

Yeah, I love those stories!
We had a bunch of pics floating around work after the Hurricanes won the Cup. Someone knew Brind'Amour somehow, and had gotten pics of him and his buddies with it in the swimming pool. Pretty funny!

I've been a Sabres fan since the early 70's. It's a shame that hardly ANY hockey games are televised on regular cable TV. Down here in Florida, it's hard to see a game on TV unless your paying even more $$ for it. It pisses me off paying 78 bucks a month for the crappy cable choices I have now, and I refuse to pay more.

Can't get good games?
I've got one word for you...HockeyNightinCanada! on Saturday nights.

BTW I want to see more break-away competitions like at the end of the Skills Comp last night--only goalies can't lave their crease! That was pretty fun!

The only reason I watch HNIC is for Don Cherry, the Leafs suck and thats all they show.
