I went to a couple tire shops here in my area (around ontario,CA), JustTires, Goodyear, etc and no one seems to know about 145 R15 tires. I know that nankang makes these size.
Ive seen a lot of socal folks with 145's any of you guys know shops that carry and install them?
I did a Samba search and some people buy online. whats a good site?
thanks in advance |

I have an awesome pair of 145/80 Klebers on my car. I have searched for a couple more but can't find them anywhere. Anyone have a lead on these? |

haha, I remember Kleber taking over after Michelin 135's and 145's started disappearing in the early 90's. Good 'ole Cal-Look for ya! _________________ Cheers,

Got a set of 145r15 Nankang's off ebay. $130.00 for the pair plus shipping. Good price compared to the others. |

$130+ shipping is a good price???
Any shop that carries Nankang can get them;I just paid $108 for a pair, and that included mount and balance. _________________ die schwarzen Schafe #666 |

I just picked mine up at CB performance,(had to drive 5 min to Farmersville tho)I also checked all the local tire dealers and none of them had that size, Not too sure why but anyway.
CB has alot of tires in stock, and they will ship them out to you,and all you wll have to do is pick them up from your front porch

The reason most tire shops no longer carry the 135's or 145's is because the demand for these tires is dropping.
10 years ago you had a decent choice as to what brand you wanted, now there's just Nankang _________________ die schwarzen Schafe #666 |

Coker tire sells Firestone's in 135 and 145. I like them better than the Kleber's I have had in the past. |

Coker also has the rights to the Michelin XZX's in 135 and 145;I'm ordering a set of each for my two rides
as for the other shops, they only get the Nankangs. _________________ die schwarzen Schafe #666 |

Wait for Bug-In 33. Vendors will have stacks of them. Usually about $55 a piece. Great thing about buying at a show, no tax!
Or just run down to Pacific Customs in Carona and pick them up there. _________________ 1959 Ragtop Beetle - sold

Do they still sell Camac's? |
Do they even still make those?
The first and last pair of those I bought were in like '97 at VW Paradise. |
That's all our local shop carries, $59 each. _________________ www.DenverWildlifeControl.com |
