| i have a 1970 camper she is mint.i have spent afew bucks restoring her.everything was fine until the starter went.i for afew days parked on a hill a jumped it let it roll 4 feet and pop the clutch and presto running engine.that work for 4 days.then i tried and nothing she won't even roll forward.only in neutral.someone said con rod bearings maybe.i didn't hear anything out of the norm and engine wasn't hot what do you think?i really don't want to pull the engine.thanks for any help |

can you turn the engine over by hand? if not then there is somthing wrong? when you put it in neutral and let it roll then pop the clutch what happens? do the tires skid or do they roll?

| Probably the starter "gear" bound up the flywheel, take the starter loose from the motor, then try to turn it over by hand. |
