calibrating pressure regulator-valve solenoid. disconnect spark plug an glow plug (I didn't do it) remove injector from plug. Tur on heater ans stop watch. In 2 minutes it should deliver 20-21cm3 of fuel... I only had to repeat twice.
calibrating temp regulator switch... Cut in was easy 40ºC starts and 65ºC stops... and the cicle repeats... but at high position manual says it should stop at 120ºC... Mine achieved 110ºC and never stopped... of course, never achieved 120ºC... :p
I don't know if I put the thermometer in the right place or not...

I didn't need any new part... but depending on the state of the heater. Spark plug and glow plug only need some wire brush cleaning. Switches may need adjustment. _________________ 1967 Split SO-42 Dormobile |

Interesting to see a lower intake curve, the parts list does not show that and I have never seen one. What year is that heater dated? |

Is there measurements of the ducts and brackets for split bus BN4 installs somewhere? Wanted to get a BN4, tear it apart and install a modern eber inside the housing. And fab the ducts my self...
My bus had a heater once, but its all gone. Just holes left.. |
