Is there anyone that can measure the outside chassis rail distance (there where the front beam is located) on a barndoor bus.
I need this so I know how far to space the sideplates out on a narrowed BD beam I will build... but I currently have no BD to go and measure on Sad

Thanks

Peter

Peter,

I took the mesurements on a split bus and on barndoor's chassis and it's quite the same.

75mm outside the the chassis rail Laughing

74,5 mm but the fixing welded for the front beam shows so 75 mm 'll be perfect for a narrow beam Wink

Not perfect pics but it's this mesurements you need ?
