I want to run these wheels http://www.americanracing.com/browse_vintage.asp with chevy adapters my question is will these work without a narrowed beam?

no way the thay dont make the right Offset for vws
and adapters will move the wheels out 1 more inch Confused

Wider fenders will be needed if you go that route.

Heres a site to help you.Just put your current tire and wheel specs in and put the rim you desire on the other side.It will show what the effect will do.

These wheels might work if you have the right drums/discs an run small spacers.The drums in 4-100 will cost about the same as adapters.
