1600 tubes should fit just fine. _________________ 71 Ghia Coupe - stock body - no rust! Powered by a 2110 W/Dual HPMX 44's - Rancho Pro Street Transaxle - A/C by Gilmore

There are the windage tubes that stick in the block further. will those fit the 1300 as well?
any recommendation on which stock style (non Spring loaded tubes to get)?
would these be the best to use in my stock 1966 1300 engine?

the link says it fits 1300-1600. The stroke is the same on these engines ie: 69 so it will work just fine. The tubes for 1200 cc engines are shorter as the stroke is 64. |

Well definitley shop around you can get them way cheaper than $52 unless you just want stainless steel. U can use windage on stock applications also but they are more designed for off road applications to prevent oil sloshing around in the heads. I think you can get a set on the classified for the the regular short ones for like $25 shipped. The pushrod tubes for 1300-1600 are all the same. When you get to 1200 cc and smaller they are different. As far as anybody wanting the spring loaded type just dont buy those nylon plastic style or whatever they made of.... they warp and are POS. I actually prefer the non spring type that are 2 pieces and you have 2 nuts they you screw and unscrew for tension then a jam nut. _________________ 62 Convertible Bug
