Where in SFV do you meet? is it always the same place? I can't make it this month camping at the beach but maybe next month.

Hey all, I'm in Valencia and my buddy and I are going to the Treffen 11 show at Channel Islands harbor in Oxnard. Any of you guys going? I'm bringing my 64' and my bud is bringing his 59', both beetles. We will cruise 126 and shoot down the 101 to get there. This show is actually the end of a 5 day run down from Oregon, picking up vw's down the way. Show is on the 8th. Here is the link for more info...it's free!!! My buddy and I rsvp'd. Whats up fellas.. I met some of you at the 'invasion' at Route 66. I am still VW-less , so I can't chime in on any of this sh!t. Have looked at a few splits without floors/no motor or trans  and a few rusty floor Bay windows but I'm having trouble finding something thats not a complete peice of shit in the $2k range. So, I wait.
Maybe I'll try to make it to a meet anyways with the wifey and kids. Maybe somebody can point me in the right direction as far as a bus. Fridays are bad. Whens the next sat/sun SCV get together? |
