Bus Window Regulator

Hello, The window regulator to my bus has broken and I can't seem to remove it, let alone put in a new one. It looks like the shaft between the window and the vent window needs to be removed, but the glass is in the way and I can't get the glass out. Thanks a lot.

The glass is down.

glass has to come all the way out and the wing vent assem needs to come out too... otherwise the regulator cannot be removed.
