I always look for that episode. I think its the same one where Jerry can't remember his girlfriends name, and its not Melva.

The show Grimm has two of my favorite vehicles of all times, an eighty something landcruiser and a bug.

1994 Bruce Willis movie "North" with Elijiah Wood, Jason Alexander & Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Wood's parents. Willis offers to take Wood home. About 7 minutes in Willis is driving a nice white late model beetle. During the drive Wood comments that he didn't know Willis was a "beach bum." The bug is the only thing in the scene for a couple of shots.

The cars have always been more respectable looking than the drivers...

Went to see Despicable Me 2 this weekend as well. The best part was though that my 6 year old daughter yelled out very loud (before I noticed too), "Daddy look! A Beetle!" She's well trained. Wink

Campy Nazis on the moon flick--Iron Sky.
Can see the Fuhrer's nice shinny bug in shots from this how it's made CG reel.
That sequence was shot in Australia--I wonder who's it might be. Cool

I'm sure the late model bug in Happy Gilmore has been mentioned somewhere in the 40 pages. Wink

Drift, the movie.

There's a great indie film about the beginnings of the Surf Industry in Australia.

It's set in Western Australia in the 60's and 70's and the main characters have a great looking blue split window bus they drive throughout the film.

There's a few beetles and some great looking Australian cars too.

Stars Sam Worthington, I reckon most of you guys will like the film so show some support!

scarlett johansson on the set of the movie Hitchcock.

Actually, decent amount of footage of the old VW driving; and since Janet Leigh (her character, wife of Tony Curtis then) truly owned a VW, it would've been near new, and it was new-appearing in the film (someone had a nice restore).
