Hello all,
Any recommendations for a tire/alignment shop in the Anderson area to align my front end on my ball joint front end.
Thanks

I have had great success with welborne tire. I know John Glenn uses a shop on the corner of Murray and river street. _________________ SOUTHERN INTEGRITY AIRCOOLERS

I get tires mounted by Terry at Mac's on Murray, always good about not scratching the rims. Never had an alignment done so can't comment on that. Park it on level ground and use an iPhone angle app (I think you have an iPhone?) to check the camber, tape measure for toe. I set my toe on the '64 and the 145's have lasted around 25k with plenty of tread left so it can be done at home. Let me know if you want some help. _________________ Strive for perfection in everything. Take the best that exist and make it better. If it doesn't exist, create it. New Year's bump, what is everyone up to? Hoping we can put together a club meet this year.
Had to drop the 1679cc out of the '64 due to a broken valve spring. No damage to the piston top but I'd been wanting to swap to ported heads, a bigger cam, German tin, and a sidewinder exhaust with heat. Just need to have a valve job done on the new heads and it'll be ready to reassemble the long block. _________________ Strive for perfection in everything. Put around 4K miles on the WW Okrasa before pulling it to fix some issues. Should have it back in next weekend. Looking forward to hitting up more shows this year. _________________ 58 Coral Red ragtop(Diana's car)

I found myself a bus. Local guy I've know for years had this since 1982. He repaired it and painted it and drove it through the 80s and early 90s. Been stored inside for years. He disassembled it, started stripping it for a redo and recently decided to sell it. It has everything to it.
I feel lucky to have it. |

Not in a rush to get it done. Just wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on getting it.
I'll do a build thread when I start. Gonna gather parts first. |
