It's not "NOS" - it's a contemporary version of the old Empi bar. I know because I have the exact same bar on my '56 Ghia and '63 T34

I recall these dealer replacement manuals being about $30-$35 years ago.
I don't know if the price has changed much.

Jacin had a hood handle on his beautiful early Notch at the Type 3 Rally. I had never seen one installed that I recall. I really liked it and would consider bolting one on if I ever came across one (that I could afford).
