The longest running classified ad in the 'vehicles' section. Could have made most/all of that $1700 back by parting it out.
Maybe the oldest in the Type 3 section, but relatively young compared to the oldest ad for a car on The Samba

Renewing the ad every two weeks for nearly 10 years and not wondering "Hmmm, maybe my price is batshit crazy..."

Doesn't run
Doesn't stop
Needs "wiring gone through" (i.e., probably a new harness)
Cracked windshield
No headliner
No dash
No seat covers
No carpet
No title

"Great project car"! And just $2200!

I see that guy has gotten a few emails asking him why the price was raised when it has been for sale for so long.

The 1st car, the Type 3, started lower too.

He did a good job of hiding it. Looking at it you'd probably never be able to tell.

you are exactly right.. a molested notch or a perfect 993 4s??? or even a beautiful 356... this notch sucks in so many ways.. the color is ugly as hell.. the interior is nice work but ugly, and the whole type 1 motor in a notch is a disgrace... not to mention the 90's shaved/frenched BS... dude could of gotten a few years of hookers for his 60k.. would of been money well spent, but this was just burning cash with no return..
