Are you talking about putting in new hoses and grommets? Or are you asking about sealing the tank internally?

If you're asking about sealing internally, like with POR-15 gas tank sealer or some such, my best advice is don't. There are internal mesh screens in Vanagon tanks that would get plugged up by such a process. BusDepot has new tanks for $169.00 and I'm sure other vendors have them, too.

thanks for inside tank tip.. i didnt know..

but no.. i was referring to an external rust treatment and reseal..

i suppose if im going to go through all that trouble i could just drop a new one in..

so the main thigns to replace are..

fuel lines

I plan on in a week or two to install a couple of PDF files (or I might make them JPG files, not sure yet) that show pictures with part#'s and the shop labor rates that go with it
