Cookie Cutter offset

Does anyone know the offset of cookies cutters, both 15x6 and 15x7.
I searched but couldn't find an answer I beleive its somewhere around 45 or 50 but i dunno

15x7's are a 23et, the 15x6's I believe are 36et.
