Those pictures do not help to identify THAT seat.
All 68-79 seats are the same EXCEPT 68-72 had NO holes on top for headrests. 73-79 has holes.
$200 is an obscene price for the short bay seat. Should be in the $50-75 range. The full width seat is harder to find..... they are in the $125-150 range depending on condition. |

Karl,
Thanks. I have a middle seat. Not buying one, I agree on your price. Mine has no headrest holes, and the arm rest bar comes up from the front of the seat as opposed to the rear forward. |

Not sure what you mean about the armrests. They are both bay seats with the correct bay armrest.
and
Split bus middle seat arm rests come from the rear.

I am also checking to see what year this seat would be as TMI has 3 groupings for Bay seats: 68-73, 74-76 and 77-79. The arm rest comes from the front but there are no holes up top for head rests.
Any help would be appreciated.

68-69 2/3 middle seats are different than the others. They are referred to as a hot dog armrest, like this:
VS the 70 and later style of this:

I just went through this....
It gets even goofier than you think. The frames have odd differences which changes the covers.
TMI emailed me a cheat sheat. I have it saved at home. I can post it later if you want _________________

There are online converters. Here is one that should work.

Not this one - unless you pay $30 - and the free download puts "SAMPLE" across the pic. _________________

Speaking of "headrests", I think the whole concept of "headrests" is crazy. Ever tried to "rest" your head on one? "Headrests" are designed to prevent your head from being knocked off your shoulders when Gomer smashes into your ass after a few too many 'shines. _________________ '65 Beetle "Lil' Lulu"- Ruby Red

Alright folks, here are the charts skills@eurocarsplus sent me. All from TMI, posted with permission. I broke them up into multiple files to increase the size/quality.

Thanks for doing that! Now hopefully it will avoid confusion when ordering covers. If you need any help, Dean Satterfield is a super nice guy, and was a huge help at TMI. He gave permission to post these photos, and they are working on adding them to their site.
Again, thanks Rob!
