Yes, this Medano trip is very much within striking distance for Denverites. Its a great drive on 285 now that the road has been improved, lots of passing areas. Watch your speed in Fairplay, it is still a speed trap. Remember to gas up in Mosca or Hooper since the Gardner gas station has closed. Lets get Denver well represented..how about it?? Ian, Chris's at ACC...you can't ALL be driving nutscrappers. I've seen some really strange stuff camping in the San Luis Valley over the years and definitely have heard the "Taos Hum". I'll bust out some great stories at the UFO Watch tower the first night. Lets get it on!!!

Actually I need to make a trip out to the Mountain Division. I heard they have a successful new road out there. Hwy 420. My kind of trip

Maurice.....The safety meetings out here are legal now. You also need to give is a lesson on how the Campbodians handle shows too. |

SMS seriously we need to plan on a lecture going down in that great state of yours. It would be sick to have BDM, CamPbodians, and GFK trip out to CO. How long was the drive in your bus out to Cali last time?

I got to Cali in 2 days. It was a long haul though. 3 days would make it nicer. |

VWs On The Green @ Clement park Littleton CO - Sunday May 17th
Mountain States VW Racing Association (MSVWRA) High Desert Rumble, Albuquerque, NM - Saturday May 30th
MSVWRA SLC Shoot out, Salt Lake City, UT. - Friday June 12th
3rd Annual Infamous Air-cooled Car Show, Brighton, CO - Sunday June 14th
Syndicate Road Rally - Sunday June 28th
Colorado Classic Weekend - Sunday July 11th & July 12th
Saturday - Events to be announced
Sunday - Colorado Bug-in & MSVWRA Denver Race
VW Mania MSVWRA Series Finals in Grand Junction CO - Saturday August 22nd
8th Annual Volkswagen Rendezvous @ Primitive Soul Tattoo - usually around mid October.
