I'm going to sell this 009 and wanted to make sure all the correct guts are inside. Is it suppose to have another advance spring?

I have a old German Bosch 009 that has two springs, it works great, no flat spots and its all in at 30 degrees at about 3500 rpm. I also have a newer Bosch 009 that is not marked Germany that only has one spring. I was going to rebuild the newer one and try it in my car to see if it makes any difference.

I have 4 different 009's all that i have had for at least 15 or 20 years, 3 have 1 spring and the only one that says germany on it has 2, I have tried them all in my car over the last week or so and they all behave a little different they all have the flat spot but the duration and the location seems to change slightly in each distributor im still trying to decide which one i like.

Where does this flat show up, my car does not seem to have any flat spots from idle to 4500 rpm which is about where I shift. my motor is a stock 1600 DP with a 009 with blue coil and a cheap 1 3/8 header with "J" tubes and a stinger. I also jetted it up two jet sizes over stock [34 pict3] and I think I have the timing set at 10 degrees BTDC.
