Just wanted to say, you SOBS are so lucky, PGSG is my hands down favorite color combo for a type two ever....Sadly I dont have the bank roll to get one, maybe the stars will align and I will find one some day.....until then I will stare at you guys' and wish. _________________ 1959 Indigo Blue Type 1

Plans are fix the rust an keep as much Og paint as possible. Pretty simple. Havnt thought about running gear yet, I do like a standard bus but also like upgrades in suspension.. _________________ shiny paint doesnt make it worth any more |

10minute foaming oven/BBQ cleaner that selleys makes. Then a Scourer an lots of elbow grease. Let it sit for a bit then gurney it off, an keep on doin it. Use the Scourer on the hard bits, it does scratch the paint a bit but a cut an polish should help to get them out. But the penetrol or ankor wax with hide it anyway. _________________ shiny paint doesnt make it worth any more |
