Hello all!
Im buying a t1, i found 2 good offers, but both of them have no plate with the M-numbre. I only know the VIN. Does sonebody can tell me something about this numbres?
239156125
Or
236072238
Both cars are in peru..

Thomas if the numbers are right, then these would be Kombis 64 or newer, wide hatch

Thanks! The 239er is ja doka and the seller says its a 62 or 61.. So, there is something strange..
The otherone is a 66, thats what the paper says..

here is what a "wide hatch" looks like, the tailgate. I did a search in the gallery
older buses have a small hatch, found this in the gallery:

get a picture of the VIN where it is stamped into the engine compartment of the bus for the one that the vin starts with 239.
it should be in the engine compartment to the right of the engine:
for a 61 or 62, there should be a vinplate in the engine compartment as well:
239156125 is a VIN for a 1969 model year kombi, not a 61 or 62 doka.
a 61 or 62 would have a 6 digit vin, like 915612
