its not 40K, so it must be a good deal! honestly, if I had some spare $ and room to put it I would be on my way to check it out right now. not a fan of the interior tho.. |

Im sure the damage has been done with that rear main bearing. Still not a bad price for a solid bus. |
5K is alright, but damn. A bigass hole cut out on the side, paint looks weird on the slider...AND the engine need a new seal. _________________ -Tony

I agree
That's a clean bus for $2490. Maybe they mean $24,900?
reminds me of a story:
At the VW club of Tulsa show last year, a guy had a pristine 1970 westfalia camper for sale for $1,385. Turns out the old man hadn't spell checked his for sale sign, and the bus was actually for sale for $13,850. When my friends backed out of buying it, he went around all day telling people this funny story about the "couple of f#cking idiots" who thought his bus was for sale for $1,385. I've never wanted to sock an old man like I did that day. I would have let him have it, too...damn I was so pissed. lol. _________________ -Tony

The day before he was asking more in the bay area.
Your story is one reason I never call on anything that looks to good to be true

I scored these parts on friday from my friend Steve iluvmywesty who is moving to South Carolina and can't take his stuff. Steve introduced my brother and I to vws and especially buses 12 years ago.
the only mystery is some of this glass:
