Need Blank Rotors Drilled

I am looking for a place that drills blank rotors whatever pattern needed. Im in VA. Any help would be appreciated.

Call a local machine shop, most places that that run higher end CNC mills can do that.

You can index it on any mill with a competent machinist and a rotary table.
