our 1965 Westy will be turning 50 next years and we are planning a trip to Newfoundland. Anyone have a best choice for a clutch disc for off roading? thanks Jim |
Is a different clutch disc necessary? |
For a stock engine/trans combo, no.
BTW, nice pics, and cool bus Sled. Good to see that not everything is on fire up your way. _________________ nothing |

I figure it's only right that the Bus that started this thread make an appearance as currently outfitted on the centennial page. '62 SO-34 Brought back to life by travelVW. Remote camping some where in between where the Kansas prairie lands meet up with the rolling hills of Missouri. _________________ This is your life and it's ending one minute at a time! |

I do plan on taking some but for mountains like that will have to be a long one. I'm in south Alabama, so I have a beach nearby and woods lots of woods, but its all flat. |
you could be on the appalachian trail in about 5 hours or so, ride up to asheville, nc, from there towards Johnson City, there is some great scenery up that way. _________________ regards
