Looking at those, I would not hesitate to sell singles like that for $40-$50. Honestly, good examples of early bay front signals, especially complete, are getting hard to come by. _________________

why would something like this be so much? am i just a bit surprised because used are free to extremely cheap (20 or less) or is a new one really worth this much? _________________ MINE - 1978 Westfalia ~ Maisy ~ FI, Hydraulic Valves, Electronic Points, 2.0 (NEED A SET OF HEADS, PM ME IF YOU HAVE A SET)

most likely 2 different databases, this happens frequently when you update "sale price" but not "retail price", no human being actually looks at the prices, you just import CSV files. |

so i emailed bus depot, and a typo was the correct answer
on the list price (where it said you can buy one for 140 from like a dealer or something)
http://www.busdepot.com/0280170026.....so it really is 170.76....

Thanks for the heads-up! Yes, it was a typo on the list price.

I don't have a real lot of confidence in Fred. It's really too bad Ron can't find some people with ACVW experience to work his phones and internet sales. I emailed BusDepot through their website last week about a muffler kit for my '69 Panel, just asking if it came with installation hardware, gaskets, etc etc. The website says it includes everything from the heat exchangers back but doesn't mention if the hardware is included. This was his response:
| Quote: | Brian
Thank you for your inquiry. No hardware is included with the kit. You should
be able to find them at your local hardware store. If I can be of further
assistance please don't hesitate to contact me.

This man actually told me to go to a hardware store for installation hardware for my '69 Bus. I was beside myself. I emailed Ron directly and he got it straightened out and Fred emailed me back to tell me the hardware was in fact included in the kit. It was clear from his first response that he doesn't have ACVW experience. Much like the lady on the phone that told me a couple of years back that my '62 15 window didn't have rear fixed windows and they don't make any such window gasket. _________________ First Trip in the RustyBus:
