I think that bus was for sale a few years ago but am not positive. For 40k he should get it running, even if it is jk's bus. _________________ "A rolling bus gathers no rust." |

Does anyone know of a source for *quality* late bay glovebox locks? I think I'm on my 3 rd repro now and I've only had the camper 4 years :-/ _________________ '75 Campmobile (tin-top to SpaceRoof)

hey Doug, all you really can do is post an ad for an original lock or keep looking.
I have never had a locking glove box for fear of some idiot wanting to take
a peek inside. _________________ V.W.owner since 1967 |

Like how they couldn't be bothered with removing that charcoal canister before spraying the engine compartment either. Mind you it does take a lot of effort to remove one screw, doesn't it??? _________________ 1974 "Restfalia" Camper 2000 cc EFI 2001-

Is there anything you could do to a Bay window double cab to make it worth this price? I'm gonna say that this person is probably about $17k too high. Or he's just plain high. |

I know! There aren't even any other housings or lenses..or led's that I can see, or anything! What was the plan for the rear end?! It's not even mentioned in the ad.

He shaved the mirrors too, apparently.

Might as well shave the headlights, too. It's not even street legal unless you put some magnetic tow lights on top. |
