I talked to Pete. He still builds the kits. Just not focused on it right now. E mail him for a kit. _________________ Seabee turbo buggy build

Just my opinion but that entire bolt on a-arm thing is a really bad idea. There is no way that is strong enough to be safe.
If you want an a-arm car then you have 2 options in my opinion. Cut the front of your car off and make it an a-arm or buy an a-arm chassis. Everything else is junk to me.
To be honest you can get a really nice beam for $3500. |
Hummm . I know it is strong. I have done over 100 MPH in the desert, I have jumped and jumped, I go 70MPh in whoops and not the wash board the bajas go in. I know it is strong. My kit is built into the cage but I have not bent the arms or the frame. _________________ Seabee turbo buggy build

Completely agree with seebee. Pete's kits are definitely built right. Never heard of a problem with them.
BTW, Seebee doesn't baby his buggy! |

I'll be introducing my latest Bolt-on Long Travel A-Arm kit for Sandrails at the Sand Sports Super Show this weekend.
Stop by and check it out as well as my Off-Road A-Arm Kit for VW based vehicles. Maybe even have a beer on me...

Instead of just looking at the pretty pictures try reading the thread, if you run in to a tough word sound it out or try m-w.com

Welcome to the forum Rich01. Scott's reply does not reflect the folks here. That kind of stuff belongs on the other site.
Your best way to get answers is to contact Pete on the site a-arm.com
I don't know about the other set up. I believes he builds them on request. I know his work it top quality. _________________ Seabee turbo buggy build
