Where in hells name is the power steering reservoir for an 89 Cabriolet? I believe the power steering unit on my newly acquired car has a leak and I need to check the fluid level.

I forgot that the cabbies are different. I think it's next to the radiator on the passenger side.

That is correct, provided the Cabriolet in question even has power steering. Wink

If that is the reservoir for the power steering, where do you add transmission fluid? I thought that one was for the transmission!

It should have a dipstick on that model. If so, fluid goes in there.

i cannot get the lid off this reservoir - seems wont turn either direction

is this my issue if when turning the wheel is making a squeal sound when turning ?? also - what type of fluid is recommended? which hydraulic fluid is best to use ?? manual does not state what to use
