Does anyone running this wheels with drop spindles ? I love this wheels but i ask if it'll not be too wide!

The dropped spindles will not make a difference. However, these wheels do have a positive offset. Our Oval race car (a few posts up) has a 2 1/2" narrowed beam. As you can see, the outside lip of the rim is almost flush with the fender. Something to think about.

Heres mine. Love these wheels. Had a set on my bus I sold for a couple years, so had to get the chromies for my 58 rag. I had to go with a 6" beam do to my disc brakes. Spacers for up front.

Put a set on my ghia to roll it for a while. These will be up for sale sale soon.

As new with new tyres, less than 100 miles on them both

Got a chimpi set for the 60. I didn't like the center caps so I'm making custom ones.

In this picture you can see how the center cap is slightly smaller than the, "hub" where it seats.

New caps are shorter, match the diameter of the hub and have the same angle.

The hardest thing to do now is to figure out what to engrave on them.

The Wolfsburg Crest would look awesome on that, not like the cast in type but a high quality laser etch job with a lot of detail.

On which ride? Both bugs had basically same set up. 6" narrowed, disc all around, 195x60x15 in rear, 135x15 up front.

Do the 5” Torkers fit under a type 3 without narrowing? On all the searching I’ve done I’ve only seen the one notch in this thread on these wheels.
