I got tired of updating the website and the giant pain it had become, so we stopped paying the fee for the domain name and let it expire. Dustin is right, during winter everyone kinda hunkers down and does their own thing. A few of us still hang out but it's at minimum. Currently I am working on getting my Super on the road, Dustin has had a few projects come and go, and Chad built a dozer.

I know there is probably no need for a website at this point, but if the club ever does want to do another website, I will gladly offer my services for free. Maintaining it would be simple for me, as it is what I do all day anyway (and I've got some cool tools to do it with). Just keep it in mind...
61 bug, I am also a member and I have a '67 Ghia that I WILL get on the road... sooner or later. Circumstances don't let me come and play VWs as often as I would like to, but I've been around since the second meeting and this is a good bunch of guys.
Last but not least... Chad built a dozer??? Chad, you never cease to amaze me! _________________ Mike

Yep, a dozer. It was a kit from 73 if I remember right. Hadn't been used since like 78. When he bought it I was happy. Figured we'd get no snow because he bought it. I was clearly wrong. _________________ My 71 Ghia Been in my family since 1980

A few of us go every year. We enter our cars. Ever since it moved we've talked about skipping it but gone anyway. _________________ My 71 Ghia Been in my family since 1980

New track in Fredericksburg yes. However, I'm not sure there will ever be a Bug Out there. Les seems to want to keep it in Richmond. I'm afraid if he does I'll stop going. This is the 1st year there's only supposed to be one Bug Out. Been two or even three since the beginning. _________________ My 71 Ghia Been in my family since 1980
