Not to get political on y'all, but, THIS is the ONE company is where we should sink the bailout blunder into instead of the big three. Forward thinking and new technology. Just as far along as the Volt it would appear....... Very Happy

The airbag system doubles as the cruise control, for additional weight reduction.

Its not that farfetched! Back in the day, Goodyear made the "inflate-o-plane." YES, an inflatable airplane designed to be dropped to downed troops behind enemy lines. google it! One of my college professors was actually a test pilot for it...great stories!

I had a girlfriend like that once..

She had a tatoo that said "made in China"
She had a back door so I could get behind her.
I didn't have to bring her out on a date
all I had to do was go home and inflate
My rubber Mammy, my rubber Mammy
My girl she weighs 43 ounces
and when I throw her on the bed she bounces
Yeah my baby smells like a shower curtain
but I am in love and that is for certain

this topic reminded me of a song I wrote a few years ago, sorry that is all I remember right now.
Wink

So basicly I like the idea of an inflateable car.

It won't be the production that will make it expensive--it'll be the inflation!
