Right now I'm up to the Pierce and Buchanan administrations leading up to the War of Northern Aggression (what Yankees call the Civil War). _________________ I'm not losing my hair, it's just retired and relocating further south.

I received a brand new book written by one of my favorite authors; the Autobiography of Mark Twain.
Samuel Clemens stipulated that his autobiography not be released until a century after his death. So this is previously unreleased - or NOS Twain. Pretty cool.

Just finished 'Unbroken" by Laura Hillenbrand who also wrote "Seabiscut".
Unbroken is the true story of Louis Zamperini's wild youth, Olympic greatness and WWII captivity. One tough MFer. Great read. _________________ 67 zenith blue sunroof

Just wrapping up "Modigliani: A Life" by Jeffrey Meyers. Very, very interesting. Am also in the middle of "The Wilson Years" by Josephus Daniels, a first edition hardback signed in fountain pen by the author that I found at our local library book sale last April. Hard to believe it's getting on 100 years since Woodrow Wilson and WW1! _________________ Немає виправдання для війни! Я з Україною.

While that's true, doesn't make him inaccurate. I get lots of good advice from pompous jerks. _________________ Siglines don't hurt people: people hurt people. |

It's his 'promoting tolerance through intolerance' approach that lost me. _________________ Немає виправдання для війни! Я з Україною.

I'm in the middle of The Fountainhead too. So far Atlas Shrugged was the better book. _________________ "Veedubers is some strange folk." Bob Hoover
