Just a friendly reminder here:

I'm a 1 man operation. I sell on here and at eBay too. Don't use eBay prices with the Samba shipping costs as greedbay charges me 10% on every item sold and 10% of the shipping fees, so my eBay shipping fees is higher to you on there.... now you know!

I manufacture 80 - 90% of the products I sell, that means I order supplies, pick them up, unload them, cut them up, machine them, label the parts, inventory them, I answer e-mails, do quotes, write up orders, pull parts, make custom made boxes for orders, do the shipping and take the orders to USPS & UPS.

I don't work 24/7 (I used too in my younger days but not now at 60 years of age)

So if I don't answer the endless e-mails, questions quickly (that 95% the answers are in the ad if people would read them), give out quotes, remember our conversation from last month (I can get 10 to 20 e-mails a day) as you're not the only person in the world that is typing or ordering from me....

DO NOT SEND PayPal Payments as a "Gift" (no ship to address or link to use PP USPS direct shipping features) but as GOODS!
Save me lots of time and refunds.

Also when making a PP payment use my PART #'s and price like 33-405-71/79 $45 (very simple to do and saves me lots of time):

Please STOP asking for free or you're willing to pay for my CAD programs on the masters of my Interior panels!

I don't care if you do wood or some other material and you'll only use it once for yourself.

I'm a CRAFTSMAN and I HAND machine all my ABS interior panels myself like I have for 30 years now....

I can spend up to a week on each master panel perfecting them before production of the parts.

So let me get this straight.... you come on here bashing me for a local shop had massive order of a single pair of 71-79 Bus kick panels that was too lazy to drive over and pick them up?

And that is my fault?

They place an order for this single set of Bus kick panels (the gas cost and my time I would had lost money to drive them over) back 6 or 8 weeks and I told them many times I was too busy to drop them off. But they was in stock...

Let's see... in that time 50 to 75x Prepaid online customers got their orders (8x complete $500 + full Bus interiors) plus 4x REAL Dealers got their $1.5 to $3K restocking orders but I'm a dead beat?

I'm glad I picked up my consignment of my parts I left there to help him out (but even on that I got screwed....)....

The above idiot is a rare but true reason why most VW parts manufacturers are on not The Samba....

Lets just talk about micro shops, nothing but the truth. Our shop here is 4000 square feet, filled with vw parts and cars being restored and serviced. Sorry were no Classic industries or Mid America motorworks.

All of our orders were personally hand delivered by the owner to our shop, during his weekly trip to another place about 2 blocks away. So why should i be expected to come pick them up when they are always delivered.

Of our last order was actually for 2 sets of kick panels (we got 1), another 10 decklid props (we got none) and we always order Wolfsburg caps that never show up. When they do they are gone the same day, i dont think ive seen any of those show up in almost a year. Sorry if your parts actually sold, maybe we would order more than the few items that actually sell.

Believe me, my life will be less stressful now that i dont have to worry about taking customers money in return for a i'll let you know when they show up. Now i know why Greg at vee dub parts unlimited dumped you as a vender about 12 years ago, and only started carrying werksberg products again when i talked him into it while i was working there, because i had customers that wanted wolfsburg caps and lexan windows.

I wasnt going to post anything, but since you're on here talking crap about Dubbers Toy Box, i figure the truth needs to come out.Sometimes the truth hurts doesnt it.

To better serve my bulging retail sales customers these shops are no longer Werksberg dealers as after +30 years of trying to get my dealers to advertize and promote my products, but they didn't, I listed them in my ads as dealers to promote them, sell the product, send customers to them and they would wait until they sold products to special order them from me......

(some was even given Werksberg product stock Inventory on consignment to help them out, but they was too lazy to keep track what they sold or expected delivery service after all these years).

I bought some panels directly from Werksberg. I simply sent the money via paypal (with my information, part #, etc.) as his ads request and no other communication was needed. He sent the panels out quickly and they arrived in good condition. The fit is great overall, I like them and would buy again.

Looks great and thank you for your business! You're a great customer like most are!

I spend so much time answering e-mails or PM's of how much an item costs or shipping costs to this particular zip code (I use a set shipping cost for the whole of the USA in my ads)....it takes away my time of making new products, parts, Filling paid orders and shipping them out fast!

And 8 out the 10 questions like above are in the ad are clearly stated at the top and bottom. Or Their question is stated in the ad body.

I also bought some panels from Werkberg. Got hatch, sides, door, front...the whole 9 yards. I met him in person back around Thanksgiving and just installed them this weekend. These panels are great!!! My wife has been pessimistic about my VW Bus purchase....until I final installed the panels. As she says, "these panels finally make this bus complete". The bus looks completely different since installation; and completely better. So glad I bought these. Easy exchange, easy installation, easy to clean. Thanks!!!!

Feb 23 I'm having a medical procedure and should be out a couple of days so no shipping.

March 17th (St Patricks day) I'm having a minor operation and there will be 6 weeks of no lifting over 10 lbs. so shipping until the end of April will be delayed.
My buddy and his wife has offered to help me out more during that time but...

I WAS planned to get fixed my hernia belly button on a March 17th operation (with 6 weeks of no lifting anything 10lbs or more...), but last Wednesday at the Pre Op Dr. visit the EKG readings (2x) showed some heart irregulars and I have to see a cardio specialist to be cleared before the operation. The soonest appt. date is March 31st.

Then if I'm cleared, IMO another month or more before the operation and then 6 more weeks of recovering.... before being back up to speed...

I'll post updates on here as some customers have sent me nice comments and did post about reading these messages before ordering.

The Cardio DR looked at my 3 EKG readings and cleared me for my operation...until he ask about my family heart history. Then he changed his mind... Rolling Eyes

Now I have to do a stress echo test next week (?) and be cleared...then another surgeon Dr appt. (as the operation time limit has expired) before they set another operation date. Then 6 weeks of no lifting anything of 10lbs or more...

I'm still working on a slower pace than usual as the cardio Dr stated that is the best idea.

So you can order up parts, BUT it MAY take me a little longer to ship them out.
