The car looks great. I think you should put a support from the engine cage to the muffler. I have seen many crack with out support.

Does those beams not require the torsion tubes to hold them on? I looks like a threaded nut goes through there? Do you have to turn the inside of the beams for an inch or 2 to fit? I looks like they've been machines, but it could just have been ground or something. |

My front has no torsions in it, and those are a thru rod the coil overs hold the car up....The beam is made out of Chromoly tube _________________ Chris

Still looks very nice, how much did you have to upgrade the motor for the turbo? Just forged pistons or the whole HD lower?
On the Cro-mo tubes you used for the beam, was there a standard wall thickness that fits the bushings or did that need machining on the ID (I thought I saw marks on the inside of one) or do you just match the bushing to the tube? I'm looking into doing the same idea and it seems like I can just start with 1-3/4"? tube and .120 wall and custom fit the bushings. I was going to do some work to get the gap as small as possible on them. I have some 10" travel shocks, butthe springs were made for something lighter. |

Thank you very much....The motor is a Built motor H beam rods forged pistons,
The Chromoly beam is standard wall size (.095) we put the bushings in the fit. you can always get a different weight springs for those shocks _________________ Chris
