She went into the shop last week. Some issues but nothing that can't be fixed. It's pretty complete with a lot of work already done. I will post pictures as the restoration progresses.

that is a realy cool bus .... like my 56 23 without all the bling ...I look forward to seeing more pictures having just gone through the body restoration and painting ordeal myself I can realy appriciate what you have .
That bus has a late type trans hanger and mount what is your chassies#? I thought those were only on the later hanover produced busses from 1956 . |

actually my buddy bruce has a early 56 truck and it has the later cradle and i think i came up with the early commercial vehicles had a upgraded rear end ...it was in the progressive refinments if i remeber correctly. _________________ www.blastserv.com

Good to see some progress on it. I'll be posting some pics of my '57 sunroof standard pretty soon. It's finally on the rotisserie. I had to choose between the Kombi and the standard. These full-on restos are expensive as all hell. |

rad bus,is this the ex-mullens sunroof kombi? i smell a rat on the rear end though,my 56 kombi is later than that and it has the early frame.....also mullens pmed me about sourcing a wolfy frame to fix it _________________ Have a great day! |
