Just got a call from ABC News, Good Morning America.

Are you still rocking the decals from the prior show?

Yup, they liked the idea, called it a "running gag".
I just know they are going to want to paint it all hippy-like.
If it were anything else, I'd just say no, but for the Woodstock anniversary, I might let them go nuts.
My brother is driving up with me, he was at the original festival.
He took pictures of Jimmy Hendrix with his Polaroid Swinger camera where Jimmy filled the frame, he must have been 20 feet away.

Cool. Have fun! My dad shows up briefly in the Woodstock DVD as they pan through the crowd. If they need a 2nd bus, they can paint the shit out of the Jersey Looker if they want.

Have fun at the show folks, I'll unfortunately be entertaining all my out of town friends on Sunday that will be here for a wedding.

dude how many weddings a year do u attend? every year you have 2 or three to be a part of.

Can you be a member of the Philly VAN Club with a Type 1?

It looks like you're switching teams.

You can if, and only if, it has some sort of bug van conversion.

I'm heading out Sunday AM. Saturday PM is the Jaffrey Fireworks up the road and those are ALWAYS worth it! Anyone want to caravan down too?

Looking for a good, straight, un-rusted, un-dented set of '73-'79 bumpers for a Bay bus. Any one got anything?

I went to Litchfield this year and was wondering if this show is similar in attendance or do you normally have a bigger turnout for this one. I'll be there one way or another looking for some seats for the 73 Panel.

Litchfield and Terryville are really big shows, the only reason Litchfield was a bit on the small side this year was bc the weather was a little shitty that weekend.

Litchfield was cool except for the weather. It was my first show and the people were just awesome. I'll be there one way or another. Have to drive the Tundra as the bus won't be ready until Litchfield next year. Hopefully I will find some parts I am looking for.

I'll be there again this year!

I missed the "Samba photo" at Terryville last year & Litchfield this year, but, I was at both. Maybe I'll get in the pic this year, who do I talk to about when & where?

As far as I know I'll be camping there, but, I might not be there till late, I have a birthday party to attend earlier Saturday. I'm hoping to leave there aroudn 2:00, it takes me at least 2+ hours to get there, so, I'm hoping I'll have a spot to set up my tent. I'll be bringing the water cooled Bug & my Blazer (non-VW obviously). Still not sure if I'm showing the Bug, it's just a stock daily driver Bug, nothing special... Rolling Eyes I guess it depends on how clean she is before we leave for the show.

Looks like a hot, humid sunny day if you can believe the weather forecast at this point...

The weather gets better every forecast, dry and summer like Friday through Wednesday. Sunday almost 90.

For all that have not heard we will be rolling in early Sunday. Way way too much going on this and next week......
