I was looking at this bug http://www.oldbug.com/dieter912vert.htm on old bug and saw the rare turn signals on it and I love them when they have the same color front and side lens, I have seen them on another posting, I want to get them but I cannot find them any where. If any one knows where I can find them or even just a name to google it would be very helpfull.

Instead of leafing through that whole long page, here's a closeup of the just the light itself - I've never seen this particular one before. Looks like the 64-67 style but with white in front but an amber window on the side, pretty weird there!

I found a couple of NOS two tone lenses at pomona this year. They were Hella and NOS. Sold to someone in Thailand.

I have the same pair turn signal on my bug with solid amber lenses. It's cool and made in Italy. It works well for driver on the left or side side to see when I am ready to make turns.

Any photos of the bulb holders?
Are they designed for one bulb forward and a separate bulb for the side lense?

I had a set about five years ago and I couldn't give them away. Very Happy I traded them out for some ADAC badges in Sweden. If someone pays a good price, I expect to see several more sets come out. They are unusual, but not that rare.

Just found these in my garage when I was cleaning today. It seems that they where produced for the Italian market. I got them a few years ago in Pordenone Italy.

my set on the blue fatchick is for sale now.. Wink

if interested shoot me an offer on pm.
i will take pics later on, i am selling only the housings and original lenses. you will notice those are the originals, not normal yellow lenses as they have lines on the sides as well, way different from a stock white or yellow one. the rest of the hardware (bulb holder, seal and bolt) can be reused from any turn signal.

I've passively been looking for a set for my 72 for something "different" for a while. Eventually I'll get a set.

I spotted these on this 73(?) in Rome when visiting Italy in 2008.

Thanks Lutz
