No problem - you find most of the cars history in this thread. It's not a car from my family, and it was dumped due to a broken gearbox in the early 70's. |

I don't know how I missed the youtube but glad to see it driving. what are the updates? Also I didn't know the accident happened when the PO was driving it on the ice. What is the whole story on that?

Nice car you got. The chassis no. on mine is 264 020.
It has been very busy for me with work and family since the SCC meeting in August, so the progress of the car is zero. It's on the thinkiong stage. But I will now add some pictures from the summers work before the SCC meeting. |

Some more:
Stearing box before and after cleaning and draining of 0,5 l of water !
Breakes with the original break shoes !!
Original bearings and break drums went back in after cleaning.
A running engine was borrowed from one of my other cars.
The engine is spinning
The Sasmba is moving again on its own after 35 years under 15 m of water !!
