hi folks,i have a 1600 dual port engine and the engine has ALOT of play and I saw rear bearing moves forward if I pull on crank pulley...is the case is done or will maybe a line bore help it out?thanks

line bore and thrust cut will fix it. you will need a machine shop check it out for ya.

Geeze, Walt! If the bearings are moving in the case don't you think you will need a fresh linebore?

And if the thrust is pounded too far it equals junk case, hope fully this is not the case(pun intended)
