just texted you, it would have to be seattle somewhere, i cant drive to federal way tomorrow, to much to do up north here.

| We need to think of someplace that`s easy off/on the freeway, as I`m sure they`re coming down I-5. If I`m wrong, and they`re coming down 99, then there`s a million places we could meet. The Queen Anne; Holmon Rd; 'U' District; Capital Hill Dicks are ALL not freeway accessible friendly---especially to guys not familiar with the area. Hmmm, I need to think on this a bit---any ideas? |

u district is 5 seconds off i 5 on the 45th street exit headed west. take 45, its two blocks from the freeway. queen anne is harder to find, but is right next to key areana and the space needle. sight seeing for a few moments anyone?
jason just texted me, so he may be in for this too, (notchboy) if we figure out a spot.

Oh, you`re right---the one in Wallingford  The one in Queen Anne might be a little hard to get to, with all the "Mercer mess" construction going on---but if they have the time to do some sight seeing, the Seattle Center is right there--- |

NICE JOB!  gtg was fun. Lynn, Notchboy, Myself, and boy wonder were able to make it. sadly dug had some work  next time!

Hahaha dug i saw someone up there and laughed wondering if that person noticed the bus, then 20min later stuart texts me this photo... Unreal that was you! Sorry you couldnt make it but it was totally worth the stop over for me. Thanks stuart for settin it all up! Good tO meet all you guys and we made it safely to another vw get together here in portland. Ill post up pics and more of this and other stories after we get home. So rustbus came through town with his girl & 72 Raby - BN4 after burnered Camper bus from Canada headin to Los Angeles, eh.
Stewy threw together a quick off the hip meet at Dicks for some VW gabber gawing and quick burger break.
So who was there? WonderBus, notchboy, Stewart and Lynn, oh and Doug the boat tech And rustbus's girl that can punch me later for forgeting her name  
Ooogled over his purty motor - but I liked the BN4 action more Had some burgarage and went on our ways through rush hour Seattle Traffic

Oh DAMN!, I just noticed this and it seems you were very nearby yesterday! Arrrrrghh!, my daughter was doing her grade 7 graduation but I likely could have stole a few minutes between events for a quick meetup, shhhheeeeeeeotttt!. I love the pic of everyone digging into the CS 2.0  I took my mind off my engine woes this evening by working on the wiring harness for the guages I'm adding. I don't get it with my engine...I adjusted the valves over the weekend and afterward it was running well...then a day or so later it's acting up again, missing and feeling sluggish. Guess I need to do more legwork tracking down the issue, or just work on the Fastback until I uncrate my package "from aircooled heaven" |
