Nice work! Looks like a Safari or Safari clone buggy... and the disc brake front beam is a plus!

the pan looks great.
you might try your pedal assembly for clearance issues. we had to heat with a torch and hammer a depression so the brake and clutch pedal could move. dont forget the brake and clutch pedal stop also. we used a piece of shaved down angle iron and bolted it to the floor. sorry i didnt notice it earlier. |

yes, the little tabs swing through a dip i made and stop on the pedal stop. the dip is not very deep but enough for the tabs to clear.
we put the new thicker metal off the top of the lip on the tunnel which raised the pan and gave us the issue with the pedal assembly.
here is a picture of a stock pan but with the heavier metal there is less room.

Thats a heck of a deal ! Just my .02, but I'd either move or make a support for that upper Nerf attach point. I looked at a used buggy that had barely touched the nerf bar and punched it through the fibergalss. This one was an offroader though, a street one probably wouldn't have this happen. |

looks great..I love how you did the bottom of the tunnel...makes it look finished and will definitely make the chassis more rigid!! _________________ 62 vert
