| I was looking for something else in the KGPR catalog and ran across what looks like a inside pull handle on the front of the convertible top. My 70 didn't have one originally but it would be very handy when closing the top by myself. Does anyone have a picture of one of these so I might buy something that looks similar. KGPR lists it as a HTF. |

They are HTF because VW only installed them on the
earlier version of the top, ending in mid-1969.
I have found similar handles at Home Depot.
I'll try to post a pic of an original...
You should note the trim plate they are mounted to is metal,
not plastic, for durability. Also there is a depression under the handle
to allow more room to grab and pull.
